NEIU鈥檚 Power Closet is supported by donations. We gratefully accept donations from the NEIU community.
What can be donated?
- Clean or dry-cleaned professional attire. We appreciate it when the items are on a hanger or neatly folded.
- New or gently used men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 dress shoes
What cannot be donated?
- Ripped or stained clothing
- Children鈥檚 clothing
- Undergarments
- Hats
- Outerwear/coats
- Gloves
- Winter scarves
- Jeans
- Joggers or sweatpants
- T-shirts
- Gym shoes
Where and when are donations accepted?
Power Closet donations are accepted on the Main Campus in Room B119 Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Donations are also accepted by appointment by contacting ocs@neiu.edu.
